EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with the purchase we offer you the possibility to do an exchang or refund.

Now we indicate how to do it.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS IN OUR STORES

You can exchange or refund a product bought in our online shop in any of our physical stores. You have 30 days from the date of receipt the order.

All the products to be exchanged or refunded must be in the same conditions you received them, in their original packaging, with the hangtag, not washed and not worn, with the original invoice attached.

REFUNDS

Once at the store, deliver the product you want to refund together with the original invoice.

We will give you a receipt that you must keep until the refund has been completed.

The products you return will be delivered to our central offices to process the refund under the same conditions you did the purchase.

The refund will be completed in 20 days as maximum.

If you have paid with a credit card, the refund period depends on your bank.

FREE EXCHANGES BY COURIER (size or color)

Once you receive the product, if the size or color is not correct we offer you the possibility to do a FREE exchange.

To do so, you must send us, within a period of 5 days form the reception of the purchase, an email to ventas@systemaction.es with your contact details, order number and the product you want to exchange.

After checking availability of new size or color we will contact you to confirm the exchange.

We will send you a new package and at the same moment to receive it you have to deliver the product you want to exchange under the same conditions you received it, in its original packaging, with the hangtag, not washed and not worn.

Swim garments and lingerie garments are not allowed to be exchanged or refunded.

REFUNDS BY POST

If you prefer to do a refund by post, send us the product under the same conditions you received it, in their original packaging, with the hangtag, not washed, not worn and with the original invoice attached.

Once we receive the package and check it we will process to do the refund in a maximum period of 20 working days.

IMPORTANT: during Christmas periods the terms of changes and returns are extended until 7th of January.
