If you are not satisfied with the purchase we offer you the possibility to do an exchange or refund. You can exchange or refund a product bought in our Online Shop in any of our physical stores. You have 30 days from the date of receipt the order. Next we’ll proceed to indicate how to do it.

FREE EXCHANGES BY COURIER (size or color)

1. You must send us, within a period of 5 days from the reception of the purchase, an email to ventas@systemaction.es with your contact details, order number and the product you want to exchange.*

2. After checking availability of new size or color we will contact you to confirm the exchange. We will send you a new package.

3. At the moment you receive the package you have to deliver the product you want to exchange under the same conditions you received it, in its original packaging, with the hangtag, not washed and not worn.

*Swim garments and lingerie garments are not allowed to be exchanged or refunded.

REFUNDS BY POST

1. Send us the product under the same conditions you received it, in their original packaging, with the hangtag, not washed, not worn and with the original invoice attached. You must send the product to our central offices at System Action Barcelona. Address: C/ Badajoz 29-33, 08005 Barcelona, Spain.

2. Once we receive the package and check it we will process to do the refund in a maximum period of 20 working days.

· Remember that the transport costs originated by the refund are transferred to your account.

EXCHANGES IN OUR STORES

1. Search for the nearest store in our Online Shop: Our stores.

2. Go to any of our stores with the items you to change and the purchase invoice. All the products to be exchanged or refunded must be in the same conditions you received them, in their original packaging, with the hangtag, not washed and not worn, with the original invoice attached.

3. Now you can change your garments for any other!

REFUNDS IN OUR STORES

1. Once at the store, deliver the product you want to refund together with the original invoice.

2. We will give you a receipt that you must keep until the refund has been completed.

3. The products you return will be delivered to our central offices to process the refund under the same conditions you did the purchase.

The refund will be completed in 20 days as maximum.

IMPORTANT: during Christmas periods the terms of changes and returns are extended until 10th of January.
