Currently (23/11/2020), our shop in the Illa Diagonal Shopping Centre will remain closed until further notice. In the meantime, you can explore our Online Shop or find our other physical shops here. Receipts and vouchers for the Illa Diagonal shop are automatically extended by 15 days with respect to their expiry date. Exchanges and returns can be made in any of our physical shops.
The opening hours for our Zaragoza shop will now be from 10:00 to 20:00h.

· Which of your physical shops are currently open?

· What safety measures are there in the shops?

· Can I try on clothes and accessories?
You can try on all of our products. Our fitting room capacity is 50%, and when you finish the items will be fully disinfected.
· Can I make returns in the physical shop?
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the purchase, and you must be able to present a purchase receipt and garment with its original labels.
· Can I return online purchases?
Returns can be made in physical shops or by sending us the package with the invoice to C/Milà i Fontanals, 66, 08205, Sabadell (Barcelona).
· Will there be delays on order deliveries or refunds?
We work every day to ensure all our orders and refunds arrive in the shortest time possible. We aim always to meet our delivery and returns timeframes, though the current situation may cause a slight delay in the process.
