Steps to complete your order online

You will see that the process is very simple and if you need assistance, just ask us.

How do I make an online purchase?

To make a purchase in our online shop, please log in or register.

1. Choose the products you like the most and add them to the shopping cart, making sure that the size is correct. If you want to add any more items, you can continue browsing our website and add new items to the cart in the same way.

2. You will always know the number of products you have in your cart and the total amount of these (without the transport costs calculated at the end of the purchase process, in the case that the amount of the order is less than 50€), by clicking on the "shopping cart" that you will find at the top of the web on the right.

3. When you have finished adding items to your basket, review your selection by clicking on "view basket", check the amount of your order and, if you have it, add your discount code and proceed to checkout.

4. It's time to proceed to checkout, if you are already logged in, your contact and shipping details will appear as default. You can change all the information you consider necessary and save it for future orders. At this point, you will be able to choose the type of delivery you prefer: home delivery (free for purchases of 50€ or more) or free delivery to a shop (you can choose your nearest physical shop).

5. Next, you will have to make the payment according to the method you prefer. We currently offer payment by credit card, PayPal, Bizum and payment in instalments through Sequra. If you choose to pay via PayPal or Bizum, you will automatically complete the confirmation of your purchase on these pages.

6. A few minutes after making the purchase, you will receive an e-mail to the e-mail address associated with your purchase with the confirmation of your purchase and the reference of your order.

2. How can I be sure that I have made my purchase correctly?

A few minutes after making your purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order and the associated reference code. If you do not receive it, we advise you to contact us to confirm that the purchase has been made correctly and to send you the confirmation again. You can do this via our email contacto@systemaction.es or call us from Monday to Friday, from 08:00h to 17:00h at +34 93 225 79 90.

If you have chosen delivery to the shop, you will also receive a notification when the order has left our warehouse. Once the order arrives at the shop selected during the purchase process, we will send you another e-mail to inform you that you can pick it up.

3. Can I find out the status of my order?

Yes, when you place an online order with home delivery and your order is in progress, you will receive an email with a link where you can monitor the progress of your order.

4. How long does it take to receive my order?

If you have chosen the home delivery method, you will receive your order within 24/48h through Correos Express. If your delivery method is to your nearest physical shop, you will be able to collect your order within 48 hours as long as you have received the e-mail confirmation that your order has arrived at the shop. Once in the shop, you will have to show the confirmation e-mail to the shop assistants so that they can deliver your order.

Delivery times may vary seasonally at times such as sales, Black Friday or Christmas.
