RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At System Action we offer exchanges and returns of items for 15 days from the date of purchase in any shop except El Corte Inglés shops and franchises. For this, it is essential to present the original proof of purchase and that the items are in perfect condition and correctly labelled.

For reasons of hygiene, we do not accept exchanges or returns of lingerie, perfume, candles or earrings. We also do not accept exchanges or returns of garments from other seasons (Outlet).

In the case of swimwear and socks, exchanges and returns will be accepted, as long as the article is in good condition and still has the original packaging and protector intact. 

Exchanges and returns are made in the same form of payment used for the purchase, and/or a gift voucher can be made, which has an expiry date of 1 year. If the purchase has been made with a bank card, it is essential that the cardholder presents the original proof of purchase and the receipt of the transaction.

GIFT TICKET

If you have a gift voucher, no refunds will be accepted, only exchanges can be made.

GIFT CARD

No refunds will be accepted for gift cards. The gift card has no expiry date.

PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT

No The deposit expires 15 days after the date of booking and payment. A deposit of 20% of the total amount of the purchase is required. The refund of the deposit will be accepted within the established period. It is important to present the original proof of purchase and the receipt of the transaction if the purchase is made by credit card.

These conditions are not valid in Outlet shops or in El Corte Inglés. We do not accept exchanges or refunds for purchases made in department stores or Outlet shops.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE IN A PHYSICAL SHOP?

You can exchange your online purchase in one of our nearest physical shops by presenting the invoice or delivery note, within 15 days of receiving your order.

It is possible to exchange the items in your online order for any other item of equal or greater value, by paying the difference. If the exchange is for an article of a lower amount, a voucher will be issued with the value of the difference, which can be exchanged in any of our physical shops, for a period of one year. The voucher option can only be used for exchanges of purchases made in a physical shop.

It is essential that the product is in the same condition as it was received. For hygienic reasons, underwear, bikinis and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged. Exchanges and returns of Outlet products are not accepted.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN ONLINE?

You have a period of 15 days from receipt of your order to return it and, in order to do so, the product must not have been used and must be properly protected or preserved without being necessary that it comes in the original packaging. If you meet these requirements and your purchase does not satisfy you and you want to make a return, you can do so in one of the following two ways:

Logistical information related to your online return:

Returns of orders from mainland Spain:  

  • Refunds to the original payment method are charged at €3.95 per return.
  • Gift cards are free of charge. 

Returns of orders from the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:

  • Refunds to the original payment method cost €6.5 per return.
  • Gift cards cost €3.25 per return.

Returns of orders from the Canary Islands and the EU:

  • Refunds to the original payment method cost €10 per return.
  • Gift cards have a cost of €5

Once we have received the package at our facilities and checked that everything is in good condition, we will proceed to refund the amount within 15 working days.

Free return in shop

You can return your online purchase to your nearest System Action shop by presenting the packing slip that comes in the box or by printing the invoice from the "my orders" section in your user profile on our website.

You can locate your nearest shop by clicking here and give the shop assistant the items you wish to return. We will give you a delivery note as proof of the return that you must keep until the refund is made, within a maximum of 15 working days and always using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

Exceptions: No exchanges or refunds can be made in the El Corte Inglés stores.
