HOW CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM IN MY ORDER?
Changes of products purchased can be made free of charge at any of our stores. This option is not available in our “El Corte Inglés” corners.


Exchanges in our store

· Locate your nearest store, with the exception of our “El Corte Inglés” corners.
· Go to your nearest store with the item(s) you want to change and your order invoice.
· You can exchange the items of your online order for any other item of equal or greater amount.
· To exchange an item, garments must be in the condition they were received, with an order invoice, clothing tag, unused and in its original package.
· If you are exchanging for a lower priced item, the price difference will be refunded in the form of a voucher that you can use at any of our stores (voucher not valid for online orders). The voucher will be valid for one year.

By post
(Cost incurred by customer)

We do not exchange items by post. Follow the instructions for item returns.

· Send the garments in the same condition that they were received, with its clothing tag, unused and in its original package together with the order invoice to our System Action offices in Barcelona:

Calle Badajoz, 29-33, 08005 Barcelona.

· Once we have received the package and have verified that the items are in the same condition, we will proceed to refund your money within a maximum period of 15 working days.

You are responsible for the transportation costs incurred.


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and you want to make a return, you have two options:

Free returns in store

· Locate your nearest store, with the exception of our “El Corte Inglés” corners.
· Go to your nearest store with the item(s) you want to return and your order invoice.
· To make the return, garments must be in the condition they were received, with an order invoice, clothing tag, unused and in its original package.
· We will give you a delivery note that must be kept until the refund becomes effective.
· The refund will be made in a maximum period of 15 working days by the same payment method used for the purchase.

By Post
(Cost incurred by customer)

· Access the information of your order and request a return from your user account.
· Choose the order from your order history.
· Select the products you want to return and request the return.
· Once you have requested the return in the order area you can send us the items to our System Action Barcelona offices. You are responsible for the transportation costs incurred.

Once we have received the package and have verified that the items are in the same condition, we will proceed to refund your money within a maximum period of 15 working days.

Remember that you have 15 days to make changes and returns. Changes and returns are not available in our “El Corte Inglés” corners.
