System Action Giveaway - Tent Hotels - Legal Basis

1. ORGANIZING COMPANY

The company Straight And Narrow SL, with registered office at C/ Mila i Fontanals 66, 08205 Sabadell (Barcelona) and CIF B67172155, is organizing the raffle called “System Action x tent hotels”, which will be carried out through the brand's official Instagram profile: @systemaction .

2. DRAW DATES

The giveaway will begin on August 15, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (CET) and end on August 22, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (CET). The winner will be announced on August 23, 2025, via the System Action and tent hotels Instagram profiles.

3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

Anyone over 18 years of age, resident in Spain, who completes the following steps may participate:

  • Follow the Instagram accounts: @systemaction and @tent_hotels .
  • Like the giveaway post.
  • Comment mentioning at least one friend (each comment counts as an additional participation).

Fake, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts will be disqualified.

4. PRIZE

The winner will receive:

  • A suitcase with System Action summer looks valued at €500.
  • A 2-night stay for two people in a tent hotel of the winner's choice (subject to availability).

5. PRIZE CONDITIONS

  • The prize can be enjoyed on any date except during the months of July and August.
  • Reservations are subject to availability.
  • Does not include transportation or meals.
  • The prize is not exchangeable for cash or other products.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours of the announcement, a substitute will be chosen.

6. SELECTION OF THE WINNER

The winner will be randomly selected using a digital tool chosen by the brand. The result will be announced on Instagram on August 23, 2025.

7. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 exclusively for the purpose of managing the draw. They will be deleted once the draw is over.

Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this giveaway. The organizing brands are not responsible for any external incidents that may affect the conduct of the giveaway. They reserve the right to modify or cancel the promotion if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
