Exchanges and returns
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At System Action we offer exchanges and returns of items within 15 days from the date of purchase in any store except El Corte Inglés centres and franchises. To do so, it is essential to present the original proof of purchase and that the items are in perfect condition and correctly labelled.
For hygiene reasons, exchanges and returns of lingerie, perfume, candles and earrings are not accepted. Exchanges and returns of items from other seasons (Outlet) are also not accepted.
In the case of swimwear and socks, exchanges and returns will be accepted, as long as the item is in good condition and still has the original packaging and protector intact.
Exchanges and refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase, and/or a gift voucher can be issued which has a 1-year expiration date. In the event that the purchase was made with a bank card, it is essential that the cardholder presents the original proof of purchase and the receipt of the transaction.
GIFT TICKET
In the case of having a gift ticket, returns will not be accepted, only exchanges can be made.
GIFT CARD
Gift cards cannot be returned. Gift cards do not expire.
PAYMENT AND SIGNAL
The deposit expires 15 days after the date of reservation and payment. A deposit of 20% of the total purchase amount must be made. The deposit will be accepted for a refund within the established period. It is important to present the original proof of purchase and the transaction receipt if the purchase is made with a bank card.
These conditions are not valid in Outlet stores or in El Corte Inglés. Exchanges and returns are not accepted for purchases made in stores located in department stores or Outlet stores.
HOW TO MAKE A CHANGE IN A PHYSICAL STORE?
You can exchange your online purchase at one of our nearestphysical stores by presenting the invoice or delivery note within 15 days of receiving your order.
It is possible to exchange the items in your online order for any other of equal or higher value, by making a payment for the difference. If the exchange is for an item of lesser value, a voucher will be issued for the value of the difference, which you can redeem in any of our physical stores, for one year. The voucher option can only be used for exchanges of purchases made in a physical store.
It is essential that the product is in the same condition as it was received. For hygiene reasons, exchanges and returns of underwear, bikinis and swimsuits are not accepted. Exchanges and returns of Outlet products are not accepted.
HOW TO MAKE AN ONLINE RETURN?
You have 15 days from receipt of your order to make a return. In order to proceed with the return, the product must not be used and must be properly protected or preserved, without needing to come in its original packaging. If you meet these requirements and are not satisfied with your purchase and want to make a return, you can do so in one of the following two ways:
Online return

*Black Friday and Christmas : For purchases made on Black Friday and Christmas (until 12/29), we have extended the return period until January 12, 2025.
Logistical information related to your online return:
Returns of orders from the Peninsula:
- Refunds to the original payment method have a cost of €3.95 per return.
- Gift cards are free.
Returns for orders from the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
- Refunds to the original payment method have a cost of €6.5 per return.
- Gift cards cost €3.25
Returns for orders from the Canary Islands and the EU:
- Refunds to the original payment method have a cost of €10 per return.
- Gift cards cost €5
Once we have received the package at our facilities and verified that everything is in good condition, we will proceed to refund the amount within 15 business days .
Free in-store returns
You can return your online purchase at your nearest System Action store by presenting the purchase receipt that comes in the box or by printing the invoice from the "My Orders" section in your user profile on our website.
You can find your nearest store by clickinghere and give the shop assistant the items you wish to return. We will give you a delivery note as proof of the return that you must keep until the refund is made, within a maximum of 15 working days and always through the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Exceptions: No exchanges or returns are made in El Corte Inglés corners.
