Returns & Exchanges


At System Action we offer exchanges and returns of items for 15 days from the date of purchase in any store except El Corte Inglés centers and franchises. To do this, it is essential to present the original proof of purchase and that the items are in perfect condition and correctly labeled.

For hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns of lingerie, perfume, candles, or earrings are not accepted. Exchanges or returns of garments from other seasons (Outlet) are also not accepted.

In the case of bath items and socks, exchanges and returns will be accepted, as long as the item is in good condition and still has the original packaging and the protector intact.

Exchanges and returns are made in the same payment method used for the purchase, and/or you can make a gift voucher that has an expiration of 1 year. In the event that the purchase has been made with a bank card, it is essential that the cardholder present the original purchase receipt and the receipt of the operation.


If you have a gift ticket, returns will not be accepted, only exchanges can be made.


Returns of a gift card are not accepted. The gift card has no expiration date.


The deposit expires 15 days from the date of reservation and payment. You have to leave 20% of the total purchase amount. The return of the payment and deposit will be accepted within the established period. It is important to present the original proof of purchase and the receipt of the operation in case of making the purchase with a bank card.

These conditions are not valid in Outlet stores or in El Corte Inglés. Exchanges or returns are not accepted for purchases made in stores located in department stores or outlets.


You can exchange your purchase online at one of our closestphysical stores by presenting the invoice or purchase delivery note, within a period of 15 days from the moment you receive your order.

It is possible to exchange the items in your online order for any other of the same or greater amount, making a payment of the difference. If the exchange is for an item of a lower value, a voucher will be issued with the value of the difference, which you can redeem at any of our physical stores for one year. The voucher option can only be made in exchanges for purchases made in a physical store

It is essential that the product is in the same condition as it was received. For hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns of underwear, bikinis and swimsuits are not allowed. Exchanges and returns of Outlet products are not allowed.


You have a period of 15 days from receipt of your order to make the return and, in order to proceed with it, the product must not be used and must be correctly protected or preserved without needing to come in the original packaging. If you meet these requirements and you are not satisfied with your purchase and you want to make a return, you can do so in one of the following two ways:

Returns of orders from the Peninsula:

  • Refunds to the original payment method have a cost of €3.95 per return.
  • Gift cards are free.

Returns of orders from the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:

  • Refunds to the original payment method have a cost of €6.5 per return.
  • Gift cards cost €3.25

Returns of orders from the Canary Islands and the EU:

  • Refunds to the original payment method have a cost of €10 per return.
  • Gift cards cost €5

Once we have received the package at our facilities and verified that everything is in good condition, we will proceed to refund the amount within 15 business days .

Free returns in store
You can return your purchase online to your nearest System Action store by presenting the purchase receipt that comes in the box or by printing the invoice from the "my orders" section within your user profile, on our website.

You can locate your nearest store by clickinghere and give the salesperson the items you wish to return. We will give you a delivery note as proof of the return that you must keep until the refund is made, in a maximum of 15 business days and always through the same payment method that you used for the purchase.

Exceptions: No changes or refunds are made in the corners of El Corte Inglés.
