Shipping
We have 2 types of shipping:
1. Home delivery
Shipping costs to national homes and Portugal via Correos Express, for orders under €50, cost €4.50 and you will receive your order within 2-4 days.
International home delivery costs, which we carry out through GLS, are free for orders over €120, and have the following costs:
- France and Germany: €8.75
- Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg and the Netherlands: €9.95
- Slovakia and Slovenia: €11.56
- Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania: €19.15
- Greece: €20.19
Delivery time to international countries is 2/7 days.
During promotional periods, shipping costs may be free. These and other promotions will be clearly indicated in our online store. Remember that if you subscribe to our Newsletter, you will also enjoy this and other benefits exclusively when they are active.
At the moment, we do not ship to: Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands and the United Kingdom.
2. Shipping with collection at System Action store - FREE
If you prefer to receive your order at your nearest System Action store, you can choose this option during the purchase process in the "shipping method" section. We will send you an email to the email address associated with your purchase when the order is available for collection at the store you selected. Remember that, once in store, you must show our sales assistants the order number or show the purchase invoice from your user account. The delivery time is 1 to 7 working days.
